Mark is Executive Finance Director and Group Chief Financial Officer at National Australia Bank. He was appointed Chairman of the JBWere Board in July 2011. Prior to joining NAB, Mark was CFO and Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for Citigroup's Global Wealth Management business, based in New York. Before entering banking, he was with strategy consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group for 16 years, working out of various Australian and US offices.
Paul Heath

Paul has more than 15 years of experience in private wealth management with JBWere and the former Goldman Sachs/JBWere, and has led the private wealth management business since 2004. Prior to joining JBWere in 1994, he held an accounting role with CSR Ltd and a proprietary trading role with Bankers Trust Australia. Paul also serves on the board of Beyond Empathy and the Endowment Investment Committee of the Benevolent Society.
Steve Tucker

Steve has more than 20 years of experience at MLC and has held a number of senior roles prior to becoming CEO of MLC, including heading up MLC's Retail Investments business and leading MLC's Advice businesses. Steve is a Director on the FSC Board, a Member of the FPA and a Senior Associate of the ABA, as well as a Director of a number of NAB Group Companies.
Andrew Rothery

Andrew Rothery was the founder and a former Executive Chairman of the private equity firm Archer Capital and was the immediate past Chairman of the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. He serves as a non-executive director on the boards of various Nab Wealth management companies, International Grammar School, Sydney and Andreasens Green. In addition he chairs the Australian Art Events Foundation and sits on the Global Advisory Board of LeapFrog Investments.

She is a Director of NAB Limited, Qantas Airways, the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, the Grattan Institute and the Methodist Ladies College. Patricia has more than 30 years of financial services experience as an executive and as a non-executive director in the U.S., Europe, and Australia.
Terry Campbell

Terry has over 50 years of experience in financial markets, and is also chairman of Mirrabooka Investments Limited, deputy chairman of Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited, and a director of Djerriwarrh Investment Limited and AMCIL Limited.
Stephen Fitzgerald

Stephen joined Goldman Sachs in 1992, became a Managing Director in 1998 and Partner in 2002, and has been a Management Committee member since 2008. Stephen has more than 24 years of experience in banking and finance, and was appointed Co-CEO of Goldman Sachs Australia in 2008.
