JBWere Board of Directors

Mark Joiner, Chairman of JBWere.

Mark is Executive Director, Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer at National Australia Bank. He was appointed Chairman of the JBWere Board in July 2011. Prior to joining NAB, Mark was CFO and Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for Citigroup's Global Wealth Management business, based in New York. Before entering banking, he was with strategy consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group for 16 years, working out of various Australian and US offices.

Paul Heath, Executive Director. CEO and Managing Director of JBWere.

Paul has more than 15 years of experience in private wealth management with JBWere and Goldman Sachs, and has led the private wealth management business since 2004. Prior to joining JBWere in 1994, he held an accounting role with CSR Ltd and a proprietary trading role with Bankers Trust Australia. Paul also serves on the board of Beyond Empathy, the Endowment Investment Committee of the Benevolent Society.

Steve Tucker, Executive Director. NAB Group Executive, Wealth Australia.

Steve has more than 20 years of experience at MLC and has held a number of senior roles prior to becoming CEO of MLC, including heading up MLC's Retail Investments business and leading MLC's Advice businesses. Steve is a Director on the FSC Board, a Member of the FPA and a Senior Associate of the ABA as well as a Director of a number of NAB Companies.

Andrew Rothery, Independent Non Executive Director.

Andrew has been involved in the venture capital and private equity markets for the past 19 years. In 1996 Andrew founded Archer Capital, a leader in private equity investing in Australasia. He is the Chairman of the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and also serves on the boards of various National Australia Bank/MLC wealth management companies, International Grammar School, the Centre for Policy Development, and the Australian Art Events Foundation.

Patricia Cross, Independent Non Executive Director.

Patricia was appointed to the JBWere Board in June 2010. She is a Director of National Australia Bank Limited, Qantas Airways, the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, the Grattan Institute and the Methodist Ladies College. Patricia has more than 30 years of financial services experience as an executive and as a non-executive director in the U.S., Europe, and Australia.

Terry Campbell, Advisor to the Board. Senior Chairman of Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd.

Terry is Senior Chairman of Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd having stepped down as Chief Executive in February 2007. Terry has over 50 years of experience in financial markets, and is also chairman of Mirrabooka Investments Limited, deputy chairman of Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited, and a director of Djerriwarrh Investment Limited and AMCIL Limited.

Stephen Fitzgerald, Advisor to the Board. Co-CEO and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd.

Stephen joined Goldman Sachs in 1992, became a Managing Director in 1998 and Partner in 2002, and has been a Management Committee member since 2008. Stephen has more than 24 years of experience in banking and finance, and was appointed Co-CEO of Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd in 2008.
