Portfolio Advantage and Portfolio Advantage Shares allow you to establish a comprehensive asset allocation strategy by investing in a range of managed funds and listed securities with the help of your advisor.

Portfolio Advantage

Portfolio Advantage is an investor directed portfolio-like service that is provided through a registered managed investment scheme (an IDPS-like scheme) ARSN 102 913 815. It allows you to use the specialised knowledge of quality fund managers and diversify your investments across a broad range of sectors - including Australian and international equities, fixed interest, property and cash - or access specialist managed funds within a specific asset class. Portfolio Advantage is suitable for investors seeking to invest at least A$100,000.

While you maintain beneficial ownership of your investments, the administrative burden associated with managing and balancing a diversified portfolio is handled for you.

Portfolio Advantage presents you with an opportunity to benefit from:

• portfolio administration
• access to approximately 70 high-quality, regularly reviewed, wholesale managed funds
• regular, consolidated portfolio reporting
• reinvestment of all distributions, at your request, into a dedicated cash account and, where available, into the relevant fund
• settlement of transactions
• access to financial planning and investment advice.

Portfolio Advantage Shares

Portfolio Advantage Shares is a nominee, custody and broking service that allows you to invest in listed securities and provides:

• full portfolio administration
• access to approximately 150 high-quality, regularly reviewed, listed securities
• regular, consolidated portfolio reporting
• reinvestment of all dividends into your cash account and, where available, participation in dividend reinvestment plans
• settlement of transactions
• access to financial planning and investment advice.

PORTFOLIO ADVANTAGE SHARES: Portfolio Advantage Shares is a nominee and custody service offered by Goldman Sachs Australia Capital Markets Limited and a broking service offered by Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd. Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd will receive the Portfolio Advantage Shares Account service fee set out in the product brochure. In consideration of services provided to Goldman Sachs by JBWere, Goldman Sachs will pay JBWere fees of amounts equivalent or similar to the fees that Goldman Sachs charges you for this product, net of costs. Additional Advisor Services Fees may also be paid to your JBWere Advisor for optional advisory services as set out in the product brochure. JBWere may pay up to 50% of the amounts paid to it that are referable to the Portfolio Advantage (Administration) Fee and the Advisor Service Fee to your JBWere Advisor as commission. Trailing commissions may also be paid to your JBWere Advisor in respect of any Goldman Sachs cash account provided through the service as set out in the relevant offer document.
