Since 2007, JBWere have partnered with Harvard Business School’s Social Enterprise Initiative to ensure our clients and collaborators, leaders from across all sectors, have access to leading global thinking. The Program consists of a variety of events ranging from in depth executive education (utilising the famous Harvard Case Study method), panel events, focussed masterclasses, and single client engagements. We have had the privilege of bringing globally renowned academic practitioners such as Professor F. Warren McFarlan, Professor V. Kasturi (Kash) Rangan and, this year for the first time, Professor Shawn Cole to Australia.
The Program has continued to evolve over the years to explore emerging thinking and practice, covering a range of topics including:
- Governance for non-profit excellence
- Social enterprise strategy
- Corporate responsibility and shared value strategy for commercial enterprises
- Funding for impact
- Scaling impact through innovation
- Systems Change, and
- Impact investment.
