The JBWere Client Portal is a more secure way to access documents that often contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Sending documents with PII via email places personal information at risk of email compromise, whereas access to the JBWere Client Portal is secure, requiring a unique User ID and password. You will also be able to access your library of documents anywhere when logged into the JBWere Client Portal.

Accessing the Portal
Simply use the User ID provided to you when you requested access to the Portal. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot your password? link on the login page.

Yes, you can access the refreshed JBWere Client Portal on your mobile/tablet.
You can access your documents via the JBWere Client Portal, by navigating to My documents and selecting the icon labelled Documents in the top right of the screen. Alternatively, you can select the Tools menu then Documents to navigate to the My Documents screen. From here, select the document you would like to view.
To view your Contract Notes, Statements and Invoices, from the Portfolio menu, navigate to Reports & Statements. Select Statements and from the Statements page select the Portfolio you require. Then use the Filter options to define the parameters of your search.
